“We took a group of about 10 people and everyone painted something different. The staff were helpful and friendly. There were a ton of options to choose from and reasonably priced. Our pieces are already glazed and picked up and turned out amazing. It's a great place for a group outing or even to paint by yourself. We typically go paint ornaments as a family every year. Will definitely be back!”

“We had a lovely time decorating side plates at Glazed Expressions. We had been to the one in Ankeny before, and thought we would try this location in the hopes that they had more options. It was nice to see egg trays, but that just happened to be because of easter… I would have loved a normal 6 tray egg dish for every day use. We ended up choosing side plates though and the end result was just great. Cannot wait to use them!”

“A decent selection. Didn’t see any giraffes or bunnies. Could have used a few more instructions. I couldn’t find paper towels for half our visit, did know I needed to write names on the bottom, didn’t know where the sink was for a while, and then other customers were hogging the small detail bottles. Specifically a small child with a glaring mother and there were at least 3 of us waiting for them. The mother purposely let her child continue using 4 detail bottles - all different colors and not put any of them back. That’s not your fault & small detail black is a popular color. We also weren’t told if we were to paint the bottoms, inside, etc? Did every surface need covered? We enjoyed our time. Plan to be there 2-3 hours. You can pick up your items in 1 week.”
